As you’ve probably heard Lindsay Lohan smacked a bitch in the gob recently. Now Lindsay is a busy news day by herself when she gets going so this is gonna take some keeping up with (plus links). on or around about Nov 7th Lindz claimed that the cops were out to nail her and just waiting for her to slip up. Lindz didn’t wait around but took matters into her own hands in her own usual way. By Nov 29 she got busted for a bar room brawl in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Michael Lohan was quick off the mark with a statement, cause that’s his job now or something. The gist of it was “I told you so” but hit the link for more details.
He may have mentioned that his daughter was troubled or something but he never said anything about the 4 charges she’s got slapped with - TMZ.
Rumours started circulating that the fight was over a man - Max from The Wanted. Hit TMZ 1 & TMZ 2 for that. D Listed also has some commentary on that.
RadarOnLine has an eyewitness who claims that Lohan was drugged out of her mind before the smack down went down. They also claim that a sucker punch was involved.
AS for the victim, Tiffany Mitchell, she claims that Lohan got racist with her by calling her a “fucking gypsy”. That may have had something to do with the fact that - wait for it - Tiffany Mitchell works as a well known psychic. With a name like that I had her figured for up scale stripper or possibly even call girl. Go figure. Wonder if she saw trouble from Lindsay in her future. You shouldn’t need a crystal ball for that!
Meanwhile this whole situation has driven Lindz back onto the bottle, as if she were ever off. However Lindz may only be warming up for another 6 month rehab stint. That might not only get her help with her life problems, but possibly even keep her ass out of jail one more time.
The plot thickens in a predictable way, because you can’t have a D List celebrity fuck up without Gloria Allred.
Lindz claims that she never ever punched Lady Esmirelda - that would be bad luck; but she did call her a bad name cause some of her gypsy friends were trying to make off with her purse. So really she’s the victim again. In fact Lindz has gone so far as to say that she was set up!
So that has everyone wondering what next, besides rehab? More court time I ‘spose. It’s been a busy week for that poor young woman so keep her in your thoughts and send some positive energy her way!

Halle Berry has dropped the temporary restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry that prevented him from seeing their 4 years old daughter Nahla. The restraining order resulted from a Thanksgiving Day brawl at Halle Berry’s residence between Aubry and her current boyfriend Oliver Martinez. Berry has generously agreed to pay (‘without admitting any guilt’) Aubry’s legal and medical expenses as Aubry drops the restraining order he issued against Martinez. Halle’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told E! News via a handwritten note that: ‘The parties have reached an amicable agreement.’
She added: ‘There will be no further statement on the matter.’
AS for criminal charges against Aubry, law enforcement is considering it mutual combat with no charges pending. So if you have 15 million ot fling around then you should contact broker Billy Rose with The Agency! It’s a 5 bedroom Tuscan stryle estate with a huge back yard, polo and spa. It was previously owned by Frankie Muniz from Malcolm in the Middle before his TV Dad (Brian Cranston from Breaking Bad) ran off to sell meth - so the place has got to have some awful feng shui!
